How much is delivery?

Delivery is free for all full pallet orders; a one off supplement of £19.97 per order will be applied for less than full pallet orders to cover picking and repacking costs.

UK Mainland excluding Highlands and Islands

What the delivery schedule?

All o rders processed before 11.00am will be delivered within three working days,
please call us on: 0161 886 2228 if you wish to change/delay the delivery schedule

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

All deliveries must be signed for to confirm quantities and any breakages .

What if I am not available when delivery arrives?

If a second delivery is required a charge of £35.00 may be incurred.

Can I get my order delivered to a different address?

What is the returns policy?

No returns policy is offered due to the heavy and fragile nature of the product. A samples service is offered to enable all buyers to check the tiles before they commit to buying.
